Simple to install, the S100 connects to your existing sprinkler controller and a sensor is 
buried within the root zone of your turf. During installation, the sensor is saturated with water and undergoes a 24 hour calibration. During this time, the sensor measures the rate at which the soil becomes dry. 

This information is then used to automatically adjust your controller to water more or less frequently based on observed soil moisture content. The system automatically adjusts the watering cycle, eliminating unnecessary watering.
