"Jeff came out to fix a possible solenoid problem on one of my sprinkler valves. As it turned out, there was no problem with the solenoid, just a loose wire at the controller (our lucky day), so since
he was out here already, he looked over all five zones and found half a dozen faulty heads (stuck pop-ups, cracked heads/risers, etc). We had him fix everything and our system looks to be working better than ever. I'm very satisfied with the work Jeff did. But the main reason I'm writing is to let you know what a conscientious and hard working employee you have. He hustled around the yard as he examined all the heads and tore into head replacements without delay. He did the repairs in a fraction of the time that I, an amateur sprinkler builder, could have completed the work. "We will certainly be calling you back the next time we need any sprinkler or yard work done, and hopefully get Jeff to do the service. Good luck with your business."
