Employment Advantages & Benefits
Landscape Maintenance/Mow Foreman:
Responsibilities include training and supervising crew members and evaluating the overall condition of properties. Need to have an eye for detail. 2 years verifiable commercial mowing experience required.
Landscape Maintenance/Mow Crew:
Responsiblities include mowing, trimming, edging, clean-up,
and weeding.
Pruning Foreman:
Responsibilities include training and supervising crew members. Must have a working knowledge of proper pruning techniques and plant varieties. 2 years verifiable pruning experience required.
Pruning Crew:
Responsibilities include pruning and fall and spring clean-ups. Must have a working knowledge of proper pruning techniques and plant varieties. 1 year verifiable pruning experience required.
Sprinkler Specialist:
Responsibilities include sprinkler system maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, turning on and winterizing systems. Experience preferred.
Landscape Installation Foreman:
Responsibilities include training and supervising crew members. Must have a working knowledge of proper planting techniques, an eye for landscape design, balance and placement, and knowledge of plant varieties and growing requirements such as sun exposure, soil, water, etc. 2 years verifiable experience in commercial landscape and sprinkler system installation
required. CDL and equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required.
Landscape Installation Crew:
Responsibilities include proper planting and placement of trees and shrubs and sprinkler system installation. Knowledge of plant varieties and growing requirements helpful. 2 years verifiable experience in commercial landscape and sprinkler system installation required. CDL and equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required.
Professional Applicator:
Responsibilities include applying lawn, tree, and shrub care products and evaluating and diagnosing turf, trees and shrubs for over-all condition, problems, and diseases. Professional Applicator License required.
A valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and
pre-employment drug screen are required for all positions.
